Online enquiries are non-binding. A sale requires an accepted quote defining material, preparation, quantity, specifications, tolerances and receipt criteria.

Prices, taxes, currency, packaging, Incoterm, transport, insurance where applicable, deposits and payment are defined in the quote. No payment is collected here.

Samples and trials are agreed before ordering. General descriptions do not guarantee suitability. The client validates material in its own process.

The specific offer must define lead times, inspection, complaints, postponement, cancellation and committed expenses. Send complaints to contact@marocsilice.com with the reference. The parties seek an amicable solution, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
